  • Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel your diagnostic test appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation by Khealth: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
1.2 Healthcare Products
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order for healthcare products before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our return policy.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Diagnostic Services
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for diagnostic services are only available if you cancel the appointment within 24 hours of booking. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, we will process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed diagnostic tests or services. If you have issues with the services provided, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
2.2 Refunds for Healthcare Products
  • Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund for healthcare products if the product is returned in accordance with our return policy. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable items or personal healthcare products, are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for returned products will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
