App permissions requested according to app:
• Location (recommended for accurate service delivery or technician routing);
• Camera and Microphone (to capture prescriptions, perform video consultation);
• Storage (to upload/view reports and prescriptions);
• SMS (for auto‑OTP confirmation and transaction alerts)
Role‑Specific Data Handling
• Customer App collects data on patient bookings, medical history, payments, consultations. Doctors and technicians cannot access patient data outside of their assigned purpose.
• Technician App captures technician identity, location, task assignments, and device logs exclusively for service delivery and auditing. Technicians cannot access patient clinical data.
• Doctor Consultant App registers doctors, qualification credentials, consultation session metadata, consultation notes (recorded only if explicit consent obtained). Doctors can view only their own assigned patient data and session records.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
